We are thankful to our Lord and Savior that PPLSI came into our lives. We were both busy working parents, raising our four young children and didn’t have much time. We fell in love with the mission of our company to make justice for all a reality. We were able to grow personally and professionally. With my job in the mayor’s office, I couldn’t get a promotion because I didn’t have a master’s degree, and Kennedy was working in the hospitality industry. We knew that working for someone else was not going to help us achieve everything that our family deserved. We also wanted the time to help them with their athletic pursuits. It didn’t take us long to realize that PPLSI was the answer.

After dedicating ourselves to serve our friends, family and community as their personal PPLSI associates, we saw success. By building a team, that success multiplied. I no longer work in the mayor’s office, and I can work our business from home, my phone or wherever we roam. We’re building teams with each of our four children and creating a legacy for our family and others. I also love that I can scale my business by helping groups of employees and business owners.

Our lives certainly have changed from when we started. We’re able to travel to our son’s football games across the country and really enjoy our next level of parenting — our grandkids. We have been fortunate to develop a growth mindset and appreciate all the mentors we’ve had and have. We are grateful to our Empower Partners team for their trust and faith in us. We appreciate our mentor and dear family friend, the late great Mr. Dave Savula, for pouring into our lives. Mr. Toby Cutberth, we are thankful for your unwavering support.
